目的:从神经干细胞的迁移现象及其定向迁移的可能机制,神经网络的研究进展和神经干细胞迁移和网络化的意义等方面进行综述。资料来源押应用计算机检索Pubmed数据库1970/2004期间的相关文章,限定文章语言种类为English,检索词为“neuralstemcell,migration,nervenet”。资料选择押对资料进行初审,选取神经干细胞迁移和网络化的随机和非随机对照实验。排除综述类和重复的文章。资料提炼押共收集到相关文献39篇,共检出16篇文献涉及神经干细胞的迁移和网络化研究的进展,其余文献均被排除。资料综合:对于神经系统退行性病变及严重损伤,神经干细胞移植有可能替代衰老变性和死亡的神经细胞,重建神经网络,恢复失去的脑功能。神经细胞的迁移和网络化原理可以应用以解决神经干细胞移植后的存活、分化、迁移及神经网络建立的问题,实现脑功能修复重建。结论押神经干细胞在特定的情况下可以迁移到预计的地方并建立神经网络。
OBJECTIVE: To review the migration phenomena of neural stem cells and the possible mechanism of its directional migration, the research progress of neural networks and the significance of neural stem cell migration and network. DATA SOURCES Collected from the PubMed database for the period 1970/2004 was searched by computer. The article type was limited to English and the search term was “neuralstemcell, migration, nervenet”. Data pre-scrutinize the data for the first instance, choose neural stem cell migration and network of randomized and non-randomized controlled trials. Exclude reviews and duplicates. A total of 39 related literatures were collected from data collection, and 16 articles were reported on the progress of neural stem cell migration and network research. The rest of the literature were excluded. DATA SYNTHESIS: For the degenerative diseases and severe injuries of the nervous system, neural stem cell transplantation may substitute for the nerve cells of aging degeneration and death, reconstruct the neural network and restore the lost brain function. Neural cell migration and network theory can be applied to solve the neural stem cell transplantation survival, differentiation, migration and the establishment of neural network problems, to achieve brain function reconstruction. Conclusion The neural stem cells can be migrated to the expected place under certain conditions and neural network can be established.
