2001年3月6日下午,保山公安“110”四中队将群众送来的三只国家二级保护动物猫头鹰移交保山市森林公安分局。分局民警发现这三只可爱的猫头鹰身体瘦弱,委靡不振,决定把它们饲养几天再放回大自然。经过民警的精心养护,它们个个精神焕发。随后,把它们喂得饱饱的,一同放回大山里,望着它们张开翅膀飞向蓝天离去的背影,民警们笑了。这是今年以来,该分局第三次将群众自觉上交的野生
