目的探讨磁共振检查在膝关节损伤诊断评价中的临床应用价值。方法对2015年5月至2016年5月我院骨科收治的100例膝关节损伤患者进行观察,对所有患者先后进行CT检查、磁共振检查,观察两种检查方法对膝关节损伤类型检出情况。结果磁共振检查检出99例,检出率为99.00%;CT检查检出82例,检出率为82.00%,检查结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论磁共振对膝关节损伤的诊断准确率高,可以准确判定膝关节损伤部位、性质,方便快捷,在对膝关节损伤的诊断和治疗中具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of knee joint injury. Methods 100 cases of knee joint injuries admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were observed. All patients were followed by CT and MRI examinations, and the detection results of the two methods were analyzed. . Results 99 cases were detected by magnetic resonance imaging. The detection rate was 99.00%. 82 cases were detected by CT. The detection rate was 82.00%. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion MRI has high diagnostic accuracy for knee joint injury, which can accurately determine the location and nature of knee joint injury. It is convenient and quick and plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of knee joint injury.
