以早粳1号、浙辐9号和威-48水稻品种为材料,研究旱地和水田育秧秧苗的超氧物歧化酶(SOD)活性、电解质渗透率和发根力.结果表明:旱育秧叶片SOD活力分别比水育秧增高18.19%、8.56%和7.25%,旱地和水田育秧影响编码SOD基因的表达量,前者高于后者;旱育秧电解质外渗率低于水育秧,发根力强于水育秧,旱育秧耐寒性较强.
The effects of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, electrolyte permeability and hair rooting power on seedling raising in dry land and paddy field were studied using early japonica rice variety No.1, Xiaowei9 and Wei-48. The results showed that the SOD activity of drought-tolerant seedlings increased by 18.19%, 8.56% and 7.25% respectively than that of water-saving seedlings. The up-regulation of SOD gene expression in dry land and paddy field was higher than that of the latter Infiltration rate lower than watering seedlings, hair rooting stronger than watering seedlings, dry cold-tolerant seedlings stronger.
