本研究通过对大鼠神经行为指标进行测定,探讨了噪声对神经行为功能方面的影响。结果表明:噪声组大鼠活动力下降,体重增长缓慢,行为功能指标中代表学习、记忆能力和肌肉耐受力的指标均明显不同于对照组(P<001),且接噪后被动躲避实验与游泳实验指标之间呈现正相关关系。以上提示强噪声持续暴露可引起运动神经行为学习功能及神经肌肉活动能力与耐受持久性改变,且以抑制作用更为显著。
In this study, neurobehavioral indicators of rats were measured to explore the impact of noise on neurobehavioral function. The results showed that: the activity of rats in noise group decreased slowly and their body weight increased slowly. The indicators of learning, memory and muscular tolerance in behavioral function indicators were significantly different from those in control group (P <001) There was a positive correlation between avoidance experiment and swimming experiment index. The above suggests that prolonged exposure to strong noise can cause motor neuron behavioral learning and neuromuscular activity and endurance to change, and to inhibit the more pronounced.
