为了加强国有资产管理,防止国有资产流失,规范企业国有产权转让行为,国家相继颁发了《关于规范国有企业改制工作的意见》、《企业国有产权转让管理暂行办法》等国企改制和产权交易法规,通过近半年的学习和实践,我们的体会是：企业国有产权转让应该按照要求遵循八项基本原则：
