黑松林水库位于陕西省境内冶峪河上游黄土高原沟壑区,由于水土流失,泥沙淤积严重影响水库寿命。为了减少淤积,延长水库使用年限,黑松林水库与生产单位密切协作,在实践中总结出“蓄清排浑,引浑淤灌”的水库运用经验,利用滞洪和异重流等排沙方法,基本上控制了水库淤积,并利用排出的浑水灌溉农田,提高土壤肥力,为我国多沙河流上中小型水库的合理运用和保持水库库容、延长水库寿命提供了经验。
The Heisonglin Reservoir is located in the gully area of the Loess Plateau in the upper reaches of the Metallurgical River in Shaanxi Province. Due to soil erosion, siltation seriously affects the reservoir life. In order to reduce siltation and prolong the service life of reservoirs, the Heisonglin Reservoir works closely with the production units. In practice, it summarizes the experience of using reservoirs of “storing clear and discharging muddy water and guiding silting floods” It basically controls reservoir siltation and uses the discharged muddy water to irrigate farmland and improve soil fertility. It provides experiences for the rational utilization of small and medium-sized reservoirs in the Dousha River and reserving reservoir capacity and extending reservoir life.
