三辊型钢闭口轧机多采用园弧斜边式牌坊,即上横梁与立柱交接处为园弧状,下横梁与立柱交接处为斜边状。本文只推导园弧斜边式牌坊计算所需的静不定水平力、静不定力矩和牌坊垂直变形的计算公式,其它计算公式可参考有关资料,如[1]、[2]。常用的矩形牌坊计算公式可令园弧斜边式牌坊计算公式中的园弧半径r=0,斜边长1_4=0即可得到。牌坊受力只考虑垂直方向的轧制压力,因为其它力与轧制压力相比都较小[3]。轧制压力作用在轧辊上,形成沿垂直方向作用在两片牌坊上的力和作用在轧机驱动系统上的轧制力矩。牌坊受力分中上辊之间轧钢和中下辊之间轧钢两种情况,下面分述之。
Three-roll steel closed-end mills and more use of circular arc beveled arch, that is, the beam and the column at the junction arc arch, the lower beam and column junction oblique shape. In this paper, we only derive the calculation formulas of static indeterminate moment, static moment and vertical deformation of archway required for the calculation of curved arc-shaped archway. For other calculation formulas, reference can be made to the relevant data, such as [1], [2]. The commonly used formula of rectangular arch can make the circular arc radius r = 0 and the hypotenuse length 1_4 = 0 in the calculation formula of circular arc arch. Torque only consider the vertical direction of the rolling pressure, because the other forces are smaller than the rolling pressure [3]. Rolling pressure acts on the rolls, creating forces acting perpendicularly on both plates and rolling torques acting on the rolling mill drive system. Torque by the middle and upper roller between the middle and lower roller steel rolling two cases, described below.
