延锋伟世通公司是一家中美合资企业,现有职工逾万名。公司合资13年来,一直把推进职工民主管理作为提高企业文化建设的重要抓手,较好地调动了广大职工的积极性和创造性。几年来,企业的经营规模不断扩大,经济效益连年提高。目前,公司在国内的11个省市都创建了生产基地,销售额比合资初期增长了32倍,2005年公司更是跃上了中国汽车零部件企业排行榜第5位。我们的做法是:
Yanfeng Visteon Corporation is a Sino-U.S. Joint venture with over 10,000 employees. In the past 13 years, the joint venture of the Company has been promoting the democratic management of workers and staffs as an important starting point for improving the corporate culture and has aroused the enthusiasm and creativity of the vast numbers of staff and workers.
