本文讨论了可靠性寿命当量累积损伤原理,并在此基础上,对于多级(复杂)应变载荷情况,提出了应变疲劳可靠性寿命估算方法.算例利用P—ε—N曲线和应变疲劳统一方程,估算了累积当量损伤和应变疲劳可靠性寿命.
In this paper, the principle of equivalent cumulative damage of reliability life is discussed, and on the basis of this, a method to estimate the reliability of strain fatigue life is put forward for multi-level (complex) strain loading.Using the unified P-ε-N curve and strain fatigue Equations, estimated cumulative fatigue damage and strain fatigue reliability life expectancy.
