A 比色法a、铬酸钡法:根据下述置换反应,游离出铬酸根进行光度测定求出硫酸根量。SO_4~(2-)+BaCrO_4→BaSO_4↓+CrO_4~(2-)试药:1.铬酸钡溶液:下述方法制出铬酸钡固体20g,溶于1升5%高氯酸中,用其混悬液。铬酸钡制法;把热氯化钡溶液(含有22.4gBaCl_2.H_2O)在一面激烈搅拌下一面滴加于热铬酸钾溶液(含有19.42gK_2CrO_4)中,生成的铬酸钡沉淀溶于稀盐酸后用氨水使之再沉淀,滤过,水洗干燥之。
