该工作采用国际上先进的测量传递星传方式,按照ISO推荐的方法对我们实验室的共型电离室放射性活度测量标准装置的测量过程进行控制,选择标准装置的镭系列参考源中最常用的一枚作为核查标准,两安瓿瓶241Am标准溶液作为传递标准实施性能测试和质量控制。处理了1990年建立计量标准以来的大量数据,建立了初始参数,1996年实施该计量标准装置的性能测试和质量控制,结果表明,标准装置的测量过程一直处于受控状态.该工作的意义是,在具体的标准装置上率先实施国际上先进的质量控制方案,为核实验室日后的计量检定和质量控制奠定了基础。方案本身也适用于其它类计量标准器具与现场仪器的质量控制.
This work adopts the internationally advanced method of measuring and transmitting stars to control the measuring process of our lab’s common-type ionization chamber radioactivity measuring standard device according to the ISO recommended method. The most commonly used radium series reference sources of standard devices are selected As a verification standard, two ampoules 241Am standard solution as a delivery standard to perform performance testing and quality control. The large amount of data since the establishment of the metrological standards in 1990 was processed and the initial parameters were established. The performance testing and quality control of the metrological standards were carried out in 1996. The results show that the measurement process of the standard devices has been under control. The significance of this work is to take the lead in implementing internationally advanced quality control programs on specific standard devices, laying the foundation for the future verification and quality control of nuclear laboratories. The program itself is also suitable for quality control of other types of metrology appliances and field instruments.
