目的了解和评价广西沿海地区和原盐产区居民的碘营养状况,切实做好广西碘缺乏病防治工作。方法在广西沿海三市的6个县(区)里抽取18个具备有沿海、带有海岸线,或存在有盐田的行政村和自然村(屯),对其育龄妇女进行尿碘检测,同时对其进行食盐含碘量情况调查。结果育龄妇女尿碘中位数为79.5μg/L,居住于靠海、沿海村屯的妇女和居住于盐田周边村屯的妇女尿碘中位数分别为110.7μg/L和64.3μg/L,新婚妇女、哺乳期妇女、其他妇女以及妊娠妇女的尿碘中位数分别为133.3μg/L、76.7μg/L、82.5μg/L、73.7μg/L;6县(区)居民的食盐含碘率为25.9%,沿海、靠海村屯居民和盐田周边居民的食盐有碘率分别为52.8%和6.7%。结论广西6个沿海及盐田周边县(区)育龄妇女整体上未达国家要求的碘营养适宜水平,妊娠妇女及哺乳期妇女的碘营养水平明显偏低。建议从源头上杜绝私盐流入市场,提高碘盐覆盖率;提高孕产妇及哺乳妇女重点人群的碘营养水平。
Objective To understand and evaluate the iodine nutrition status of residents in coastal areas and crude salt producing areas in Guangxi and effectively prevent and cure iodine deficiency disorders in Guangxi. Methods 18 administrative villages and natural villages with coastline, coastline or existing salt fields were selected from 6 counties (districts) of three coastal cities of Guangxi to detect urinary iodine of women of childbearing age, Salt iodine content survey. Results The median urinary iodine of women of childbearing age was 79.5μg / L. The median urinary iodine of women living in coastal villages and coastal villages and those living in village villages around Yantian were 110.7μg / L and 64.3μg / L, respectively. The urinary iodine median of newly married women, lactating women, other women and pregnant women were 133.3μg / L, 76.7μg / L, 82.5μg / L and 73.7μg / L, respectively; The rate was 25.9%. The iodine rates of salt along the coast, by residents in Haitamun Village and surrounding residents in Yantian were 52.8% and 6.7% respectively. Conclusion The women of childbearing age in 6 coastal counties and surrounding counties of Guangxi have not reached the appropriate level of iodine nutrition as required by the state as a whole. The iodine nutrition level of pregnant women and lactating women is obviously low. Suggestions from the source to eliminate private salt into the market, improve the coverage of iodized salt; improve the key populations of pregnant women and lactating women’s iodine nutrition.
