对南京钢铁联合有限公司炼钢厂中间包ZrO_2质陶瓷过滤器进行试验研究,通过在装有过滤器的中间包取样,并用多种分析手段系统研究钢中全氧质量分数及钢中非金属夹杂物种类、质量分数、粒度组成等,从而评价中间包过滤器去除夹杂物的能力。试验结果表明,陶瓷过滤器对于钢液中的夹杂物过滤效果明显,中间包内30μm以上夹杂物去除率达41.6%,中间包去除夹杂物的能力有力保障了高品质钢的生产。但需要进一步合理控制钙处理工艺,减少钢液二次氧化,提高钢液洁净度。
The test of ZrO 2 ceramic filter in the steel tundish of Nanjing Iron & Steel United Co., Ltd. was carried out. Samples were taken from the tundish with filter and analyzed by means of various analytical methods systematically the content of total oxygen and the content of non-metallic inclusions Species, mass fraction, particle size composition, etc. to evaluate the tundish filter ability to remove inclusions. The experimental results show that the ceramic filter has obvious filtration effect on the inclusions in the molten steel, the removal rate of inclusions above 30μm in the tundish reaches 41.6%, and the ability of tundish to remove inclusions effectively ensures the production of high quality steel. However, the need for further reasonable control of calcium treatment process to reduce secondary oxidation of molten steel to improve the cleanliness of molten steel.
