2000年天津市大港区成为教育部批准的新课程改革首批国家级实验区。新课改给我区的科学课的教学和改革带来可喜的变化。教师是新课程改革的实施者。《基础教育课程改革纲要》指出:“教师在教学过程中应与学生积极互动,共同发展,……引导学生质疑、调查、探究,在实践中学习,促进学生在教师指导下主动地、富有个性地学习。”我区《科学》课程改革虽然刚刚实验了一年,但是呈现出两个可喜的变化。
