目的:观察口服茜芷胶囊治疗放置宫内节育器(IUD)后异常子宫出血的疗效。方法:选择2005年8月～2007年10月该院门诊因放置IUD后不规则阴道出血患者200例,分为2组,观察组108例,给予茜芷胶囊5片,3次/d,口服7天,连续3个月经周期,对照组92例,给予普通止血药,方法同前。结果:观察组发生异常子宫出血的患者明显减少,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义性(P<0.05)。结论:茜芷胶囊对放置IUD后引起的异常子宫出血有良好的治疗效果。
Objective: To observe the efficacy of oral Qianzhi Capsule in treating abnormal uterine bleeding after intrauterine device implantation (IUD). Methods: From August 2005 to October 2007, 200 outpatients with irregular vaginal bleeding after IUD placement were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group consisted of 108 cases and the Xi Zhi Capsule was given 5 tablets 3 times a day orally 7 days, 3 menstrual cycles in a row, control group of 92 patients, given ordinary hemostatic drugs, the same way. Results: In the observation group, the number of patients with abnormal uterine bleeding decreased significantly compared with the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Qianzhi capsules have a good therapeutic effect on abnormal uterine bleeding caused by IUD placement.
