在我队所钻的地层中,表层有较厚的卵石层。卵石直径多为30—50毫米,松散而无胶结。在这种地层中钻进,不仅钻进困难,且井壁很易坍塌。为了顺利的通过该层,我队使用了密集式合金锥形钻头和边打边补的办法,取得了良好结果。经过9个月的钻进经验证明,这是目前钻进卵石层效率较高的一种方法。采用这种方法后,保护了孔壁,提高了钻进效率。具体作法:1.开孔采用小口径(91毫米)的锥形钻头钻进,然后根据所下套管的直径(我队均下127毫米套管)
In the formation drilled by my team, the surface has a thick layer of pebbles. Pebbles more than 30-50 mm in diameter, loose and no cement. Drilling in this formation is not only difficult to drill in, but also collapses easily. In order to pass the layer smoothly, my team used intensive alloy cone bits and edge trim to achieve good results. After 9 months of drilling experience shows that this is currently a method of drilling pebble layer higher efficiency. After using this method, the hole wall is protected and the drilling efficiency is improved. Specific practices: 1.
