5月18～22日,本刊在宁波召开了第五届通讯员代表会。参加会议的有石油系统、石化销售系统、解放军总后和有关大专院校通讯员代表,兄弟编辑部、杂志社代表。管道局主管部门负责同志和华东输油局科技处副处长刘甫亚同志到会并讲了话。会议由管道设计院党委副书记李魁余同志主持并致开幕词。 会议首先传达了《油气储运》第四届编委会精神,杂志社向会议作了前两年工作情况的报告,通报了今后两年工作计划。会议听取了通讯员代表的工作汇报并表彰了第四届优秀通讯员。
May 18 ~ 22, the magazine held in Ningbo, the fifth correspondent representative. Participants at the conference included the petroleum system and petrochemical sales system, the PLA general post and representatives from correspondents of relevant universities and colleges, brothers’ editorial departments and magazine agencies. Comrades in charge of the competent authorities of the pipeline bureau and Comrade Liu Fuya, deputy director of the Science and Technology Department of East China Petroleum Administration, attended the meeting and made speeches. The meeting was chaired by Li Kuiyu, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Pipeline Design Institute, and delivered an opening speech. The meeting first conveyed the spirit of the 4th editorial board of “Oil & Gas Storage and Transportation”. The magazine made a report to the meeting about the work of the previous two years and informed the work plan for the next two years. The meeting listened to the correspondent’s work report and commended the fourth outstanding correspondent.
