低温冷害是影响玉米生产的重要非生物逆境因素。综述了玉米芽期和苗期耐冷性鉴定指标、种质筛选和遗传特性,为玉米耐冷性研究及应用提供参考。国内外学者主要针对玉米芽期和苗期分田间和室内进行耐冷鉴定研究,应用一系列指标筛选出一些耐冷自交系、杂交种和群体。玉米耐冷性是由多基因控制的数量性状,不同时期可能受不同的遗传机制控制。今后应在完善耐冷鉴定指标基础上,从基因资源挖掘、遗传机理解析、种质扩增与改良、新品种培育等方面深化玉米耐冷性研究。
Chilling injury is an important abiotic stress that affects maize production. The characters of cold tolerance identification, germplasm selection and genetic characters in maize bud stage and seedling stage were summarized, which provided references for the research and application of cold tolerance of maize. Scholars at home and abroad mainly studied the cold tolerance of corn germination and seedling stages in field and indoors, and selected some cold-tolerant inbred lines, hybrids and populations using a series of indexes. Cold tolerance in maize is a quantitative trait controlled by multiple genes, which may be controlled by different genetic mechanisms in different periods. In the future, we should deepen the studies on cold tolerance of maize based on the improvement of cold tolerance identification criteria, including mining of genetic resources, analysis of genetic mechanism, germplasm expansion and improvement, and cultivation of new varieties.
