患者,男,2(1/2)岁,南京江浦县人。因腹痛、腹泻、腹胀半年余就诊。曾多次服用抗生素及助消化等药物治疗,效果不佳。查体:较消瘦,心肺(-),腹软,脐周压痛。粪检发现有螨。经多次排除外界污染,查确系为粉螨科、腐食酪螨。予以黄连素及吡喹酮治疗,一月后多次复查粪便螨阴转;腹痛、腹泻、腹胀症状消失,确诊为粪螨病。
