酵母多糖(Zymosa)是酵母菌细胞壁的成份。在37℃,有适量Mg~(++)存在时,酵母多糖能与C3结合形成酵母多糖-C3复合物(Z-C3),用Z-C3免疫动物可获得C3免疫血清,现介绍制备酵母多糖的方法,并以自制酵母多糖及进口酵母多糖与C3的复合物分别制备免疫血清,比较两种复合物的免疫原性及免疫效果。 材料与方法 一、酵母多糖的制备: 1.新鲜酵母500克,加0.5 M Na:HPO_42000 ml,在沸水浴中煮2~3小时,并不断搅拌,以溶介可溶性
