水利部水文司于1988年8月22～26日在黑龙江省牡丹江市召开了首次全国水文系统技术咨询服务和综合经营经验交流会。参加会议的有各省(自治区、直辖市)、流域机构水文部门的负责人,部分流域机构和省水利厅的领导同志及水利部有关司的负责人,共36个单位的63名代表。
The Hydrology Department of the Ministry of Water Resources held the first exchange of technical advisory services and comprehensive management experience of the national hydrological system in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province on August 22-26, 1988. The leaders of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, hydrological departments of river basin agencies, leaders of some river basin agencies and the provincial Department of Water Resources, and heads of relevant departments of the Ministry of Water Resources attended the conference. A total of 63 delegates from 36 units attended the conference.
