科技是第一生产力,要发展科技必须办好教育。我国的基础教育正从“应试教育”向“素质教育”转轨,提高民族素质已成为事关全局的战略问题。民族素质取决于人才培养,人才培养取决于教育,教育的主体是教师。无疑,教师素质就成为培养高素质人才的关键。
Science and technology are the primary productive forces. To develop science and technology, education must be well run. The basic education in our country is changing from “examination-oriented education” to “quality education” and raising the national quality has become a strategic issue concerning the overall situation. National quality depends on personnel training, personnel training depends on education, education is the main teacher. No doubt, the quality of teachers has become the key to cultivating high-quality personnel.
