经过26年的高速发展,中国经济以规模扩张实现总量增长发展模式的结构性缺陷也日益显露出来。虽然在一定时期内还能保持较快增长,但从长期看是难以持续的。造成这一结构性缺陷和影响中国经济长期发展的因素主要是两方面:一是科技落后,二是企业效率低。中国的未来,不是取决于短期的增长速度,而是取决于能否实现有效转型。问题的紧迫性在于,要实现这一要求,没有一、二十年甚至更长时间的持续努力,不会取得明显成效。我们必须从现在就抓紧去做,否则,真正到了现行增长方式走到尽头的那一天就是想抓也愈加困难了。
After 26 years of rapid development, the structural flaws in China’s economy in expanding its total output and expanding its economy have become increasingly evident. Although in a certain period of time can maintain rapid growth, but in the long run is difficult to sustain. The factors that cause this structural defect and affect the long-term development of China’s economy are mainly two aspects: First, backward technology; second, inefficient enterprises. China’s future depends not on the short-term growth rate, but on whether effective restructuring can be achieved. The urgency of the problem lies in the fact that without this sustained effort of one, two or even more years to achieve this requirement, no obvious result will be achieved. We must step up from now on, or else it will be even more difficult to grasp the day when the current mode of growth is coming to an end.
