我队所用代替一部分人工外业测图的地面立体摄影经纬仪过去完全依靠国外进口。在“工业学大庆”的群众运动中,广大职工坚持“独立自主,自力更生”,在条件差,设备差的情况下,提出自制地面立体摄影经纬仪的计划。组成了干部、工人、技术人员三结合小组。自己动手,自己设计,在勘探公司309及301队的协助下,克限了各种困难,除镜头为购件外,其他大部分部件均为自制。在两年时间内初步试制成功了两台19/1318地面立体摄影经纬仪。
