学报编辑工作属于期刊编辑工作,但是它又与期刊编辑有所不同。其最大的区別在于,学报编辑人员本身不仅是期刊编辑,同时又是高等院校的教育工作者,具有一般期刊编辑所不具有的双重身份。因而,学报编辑的工作制必须在遵循办刊规律的前提下,与学校工作的日程安排有所联系和考虑。基于编辑工作自身的特点和学校的教学规律,我觉得学报编辑工作制安排应当采取如下的方式: (1)平日工作制应采取值班例会制。据笔者的调查,学报编辑工作平日安排形式很不统一,一般有三种形式:第一种即值班例会制。平日由编辑部主任安排值班顺
