介绍了ＳＪＤ－１１型双速调度运搬绞车的结构和原理，给出了该绞车在总体设计中主要参数的设计计算方法及计算结果，并介绍了该绞车的生产和试验过程。重点介绍了新设计和实际采用的摩擦换档部分的设计、改进及其在该绞车上的实现。
The structure and principle of the SJD-11 two-speed scheduling winch are introduced. The design and calculation methods and calculation results of the main parameters of the winch in the overall design are given. The production and testing process of the winch are also introduced. The design, improvement and realization of the frictional shifting part of the newly designed and actually used friction gears are highlighted.
