目的探讨脑胶质瘤相对血流量(rCBF)及相对血容量(rCBV)与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的相关性。方法37例脑胶质瘤患者行CT灌注成像,计算脑肿瘤实质区rCBV及rCBF值,术后行病理学检查及免疫组化法测定其VEGF表达,分析VEGF与胶质瘤病理级别的关系及VEGF表达程度与rCBV,rCBF的相关性。结果各组胶质瘤rCBF值、rCBV值及VEGF表达平均光密度(ALD)值随病理级别升高而升高,各组间rCBF,rCBV及VEGF表达ALD值差异有显著性(P<0.01)。胶质瘤rCBF,rCBV值与VEGF的ALD值呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论CT灌注参数与脑胶质瘤VEGF表达具有较好的相关性,能间接反映肿瘤血管生成,为胶质瘤术前分级及抗血管治疗提供了依据。
Objective To investigate the correlation between rCBF, rCBV and VEGF in glioma. Methods Thirty-seven patients with glioma underwent CT perfusion imaging to calculate the rCBV and rCBF values in the parenchyma of brain tumor. The expression of VEGF and the pathological grade of gliomas were detected by pathological examination and immunohistochemistry. Correlation between the expression of VEGF and rCBV and rCBF. Results The rCBF value, rCBV value and the mean optical density (ALD) value of VEGF expression in all groups increased with the increase of pathological grade. There was significant difference of rCBF, rCBV and VEGF expression ALD between groups (P <0.01) . The rCBF and rCBV of glioma were positively correlated with the ALD of VEGF (P <0.01). Conclusion CT perfusion parameters and glioma VEGF expression has a good correlation, can indirectly reflect tumor angiogenesis, glioma preoperative grading and anti-vascular treatment provides a basis.
