目的 :通过改变诺维本 (NVB)的浓度和投药方法 ,降低其所致静脉炎的发生率和严重度。方法 :采用 4种给药法 :①NVB40mg +NS10 0ml,静滴 10分钟 ,计 3 6次 ;②NVB40mg +NS10 0ml,静滴 2 0分钟 ,计 40次 ;③NVB40mg +NS2 5 0ml,静滴 40分钟 ,计 40次 ;④NVB40mg +NS12 5ml静滴 2 0分钟 ,前后用地塞米松 10mg入壶 ,计 168次。结果 :各组静脉炎发生率分别为77 8%、80 %、90 %和 2 6 2 % ;其中Ⅲ度静脉炎分别为 16 7%、15 %、10 %和 2 4%。结论 :第 4种方法较前 3种方法静脉炎的发生率和严重度明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,也远较国内外报道的 3 6 1%~ 8 5 %低 ,推荐临床使用
OBJECTIVE: To reduce the incidence and severity of phlebitis by changing the concentration and administration of NVB. Methods: Four administration methods were as follows: ①NVB40mg + NS10 0ml, intravenous infusion for 10 minutes, counted 36 times; ②NVB40mg + NS10 0ml, intravenous infusion 20 minutes, counting 40 times; ③NVB40mg + NS250ml, intravenous infusion for 40 minutes, 40 times; ④NVB40mg + NS12 5ml intravenous infusion of 20 minutes before and after dexamethasone 10mg into the pot, counting 168 times. Results: The incidence of phlebitis in each group was 77.8%, 80%, 90% and 26.2% respectively. Grade Ⅲ phlebitis was 16.7%, 15%, 10% and 24% respectively. Conclusions: Compared with the former three methods, the fourth method showed a significant decrease in the incidence and severity of phlebitis (P <0.01), and was far lower than the 361% -85% reported in China and abroad. It is recommended for clinical use
