随着我国社会经济水平地不断发展,社会环境随之改变,各行各业竞相进行理论和技术的创新,建筑工程的施工现场管理工作当然也不例外。要想完成高效的建筑工程项目管理工作,不仅要求对以前工程管理工作的实践进行归纳和分析,还要求结合当下工程项目的发展以及建设施工单位的需求,对施工现场管理工作模式进行创新,从而最大限度得做好建筑工程的施工现场管理工作。本文以装饰装修工程为例,简单对建筑工程项目施工现场的管理工作进行了分析。
