蒿属花粉症鼻粘膜表面嗜碱性细胞的季节期变化

嗜碱性细胞在Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病的发病中起重要作用。我们对蒿属花粉症季节发作期与非季节期时鼻粘膜表面嗜碱性细胞的变化情况进行了观察,并和鼻分泌物中嗜酸粒细胞(Nasal Eosinophilic CellNEC)进行了对比。

Basophils play an important role in the pathogenesis of type I allergic diseases. We observed changes of nasal mucosal basophils at the onset and non-seasons of Artemisia hay fever and compared them with nasal eosinophilic CellNEC.
