在长期低温潮湿或寒冷环境中工作,对人体机能的影响,国内外已有报道。但是,在低温或寒冷的条件下,对人体内生理,生化等系统的改变,特别是关于糖代谢中丙酮酸含量的改变,国内尚未见有报道,为此,我们对108例低温条件下(2℃至-20℃),工龄1—30年的作业工人血中丙酮酸含量进行测定,现将观察结果介绍如下。 材料与方法 1.观察组:低温作业工人(温度范围2℃至-20℃),选择长春市肉食冷冻厂工人108人,按其同行业工种测定劳动时能消耗为918.830大卡/8小时人,指数1.5091,劳动强度Ⅱ级为观察组(而当时未测定能消耗)。 2.对照组:选择常温健康献血人员98例为对照组。
