患者女,32岁。一周前偶然发现右大腿内侧一肿块入院。体检:右大腿内侧上段可触及一移动性肿块,位置较深,大小为50 mm×60 mm,质韧,边界清楚,活动度良好,无红肿,无波动感,无压痛,左下肢末梢血液循环好,末梢感觉及肢体运动未见明显异常。患者于20年前行右大腿内侧纤维瘤切除术。MRI检查:右侧股骨上段股中间肌占位,呈均匀性T1WI低信号,T2WI/SPAIR/DWI高信号,边界锐利,大小约为72 mm×42 mm×44 mm(图1
