1 病例介绍 患者男,38a,因右肩部疼痛1mo,门诊诊断为肩周炎,给非普拉宗片0.2tid,服药2d后,出现尿道外口肿胀、皮肤发亮,继续服用1d,肿胀加重,并出现尿流变细,无尿痛。遂来院就诊,查体:T36.3℃,P 76次/min,R 21次/min,BP 16/10kPa,尿常规正常,患者平素身体健康,自述无过敏史,为第一次服非普拉宗,未服用其它药物,未接触其它过敏物质,否认有外伤史,考虑与本药物有关,嘱其停服。给氟美松10mg静推、扑尔敏4mg tid,2d后肿胀减轻,1WK后恢复正常。 患者男,52a,因“肋骨骨折、胸壁软组织挫伤”入院,入院后给NS 250ml,青霉素480万U静滴bid。3d后加
