目的:确定北柴胡移栽试管植株群体的生长状态及药材品质。方法:植株返青后标记植株并定期测量植株的株高、分蘖数、叶片数等田间性状,利用统计学方法对所测数据进行分析。结果:北柴胡移栽试管植株在营养生长期、花期、种子成熟期各性状的标准差和相对标准偏差均不大,植株群体生长一致,整齐度高,变异性低;根长、根重的相对标准偏差小,平均根长、根重较普通种子植株有优势,有效成分含量高,药学性状优良,药材质量均一;植株的分枝数多、有效果序数大,种子产量高;植株的冠重大,经济价值高;移栽试管植株在不同生长期各性状间的相关性与普通种子植株有一定的差异。结论:北柴胡移栽试管植株具有优良的植物学和药学性状。
Objective: To determine the growth status and medicinal quality of transplanted test tube plantlets of Bupleurum. Methods: The plants were labeled with green plants and the plant height, tiller number and leaf number of the plants were measured regularly. The measured data were analyzed by statistical methods. Results: The standard deviations and relative standard deviations (RSDs) of all tested traits in transplanted tube of Bupleurum were not significant at vegetative growth, flowering and seed maturity. The growth of the plant was consistent, with high uniformity and low variability. The root length, root weight The results showed that the relative standard deviation was small, the average root length and root weight were superior to those of common seed plants, the content of active ingredients was high, the pharmacy characters were good, the quality of medicinal materials was uniform, the number of branches was large, the number of effective fruit number was large, and the seed yield was high. The crown is of great importance and the economic value is high; the correlation between the traits of transplanted test-tube plants at different growth stages has some differences with that of common seed plants. Conclusion: The transplanted tube plant of Bupleurum chinense has excellent botanical and pharmacological properties.
