一年来在宽带网跑马圈地的运动中,长城宽带网络公司出尽了风头,前不久长城宽带又获得了用户驻地宽带网运营许可证,但是有不少业内人士都认为包括长宽在内的宽带网运营商目前的日子都不好过。日前长城宽带总经理杨宇航接受了本刊记者和其他几家媒体的共同采访。 记者;你们的宽带网质量有保证吗? 杨字航:我们的网络必须形成一个独立的网络,对于用户必须保证质量,我们每一个社区的网络出口不能有瓶颈,这个做法与其他公司的做法可能不一样,他们把社区做了,然后再租一个比较窄的带宽出去,瓶颈还在这个出口上。我们的用户为什么没有那么多,我们做好了,但是还没有开通,因为我们没有解决出口问题。所以当我们质量解决不好,我们是不会去提供服务的。
