宽带薪酬源于20世纪90年代初,经过不断的发展,宽带薪酬制度在我国企事业单位内部逐步渗透。内蒙古伊泰集团宽带薪酬制度初试改革经过近3年的发展,其宽带薪酬体系逐步完善,已成为集团公司下设参股公司及兄弟单位绩效薪酬改革的参考标准。本文深入研究了伊泰集团宽带薪酬改革背景、框架机制、理论依据及其绩效管理系统,归纳分析了其宽带薪酬实施的成功经验,以期通过集团公司正在推进中的内部绩效薪酬制度改革在经济方面能取得不错成果。
Broadband remuneration stems from the early 90s of the 20th century. After continuous development, the broadband remuneration system has gradually infiltrated into the enterprises and institutions in our country. Inner Mongolia Yitai Group Broadband Pay System Initial Test Reform After nearly 3 years of development, its broadband pay system has been gradually improved, and has become the reference standard for the performance pay reform under the shareholding companies and fraternal units of the Group Company. This paper studies in depth the background, framework mechanism, theoretical basis and performance management system of broadband pay reform of Yitai Group, and summarizes the successful experience of its implementation of broadband pay. Through the reform of the internal performance pay system which is being promoted by the group company, Can achieve good results.
