利用Moldflow模流分析软件,对不同注塑工艺参数下长直注塑件翘曲变形进行模流分析.分别模拟了不同的保压时间、保压压力、熔体温度、模具温度对塑件翘曲变形的影响。经过分析,总体来说浇注远端处的翘曲变形量较大,浇注入口处的翘曲变形量较小。保压时间的增加,可以降低塑件的翘曲变形。保压压力增加,塑件整体翘曲变形减小,尤其在浇注入口处比较明显。熔体温度从230℃提高到270℃,塑件整体翘曲明显减小,特别在浇注远端处比较明显。降低模具温度,对降低注塑件的翘曲变形有显著地效果。
Moldflow flow analysis software was used to analyze the warpage of long straight injection molded parts under different injection molding process parameters.The warping deformations of plastic parts were simulated respectively under different dwell time, packing pressure, melt temperature and mold temperature Impact. After analysis, in general, the amount of warpage at the far end of the casting is larger, and the amount of warpage at the pouring entrance is smaller. Dwell time increases, can reduce the warpage of plastic parts. Packing pressure increases, the overall plastic parts to reduce warpage, especially at the pouring entrance is more obvious.
