酒自问世以来,多少文人、志士都以酒激情,谱写了一些壮烈诗篇。宋朝民族英雄岳飞立志痛饮黄龙酒,唐朝诗人李白斗酒诗百篇,毛泽东同志在《蝶恋花·答李淑一》中“问讯吴刚何所有,吴刚捧出桂花酒。”可见酒确实能给人以激情和斗志。但因酒误事、伤身的例子也不少,史书记载“纣为长夜之饮而失甲子”;“夏桀纵酒失群臣。”因而元朝胡思慧在《饮善正要》写到“多饮伤神损寿,易人本性,其毒甚也,饮酒过度,丧生之源。”可见,千百年来酒之功过评论不断。
