本文把能源价值工程的思维方式方法引入初卫生保健工作中。建立数学模型,用价值系数(V)的大小来评价初保效果。大办沼气结合改水改厕不但促进了农村广大人民群众的身体健康,还具有综合利用的作用。
This article introduces the way of thinking of energy value engineering into the initial health care work. Establish a mathematical model and use the value coefficient (V) to evaluate the initial security effect. Doing a large scale of biogas combined with changing water and toilets not only promotes the health of the majority of the people in rural areas, but also has the effect of comprehensive utilization.
