为了确保安全生产,陕西精密合金厂于1984年6月成立了推广安全系统工程的全面安全管理(TSC)小组,由10人组成。其中安技工程师一名,干部三名,工人七名,设组长一人,副组长一人。全组人员均受过厂级全面质量管理(TQC)教育,有八人经省经委组织的现代化管理考试合格。小组周周有活动,月月有小结,季季有评比。做到课题、计划、组织、活动四落实。
In order to ensure safety in production, Shaanxi Precision Alloy Plant set up a Total Safety Management (TSC) group to promote safety system engineering in June 1984, which is composed of 10 persons. Among them, there are one safety engineer, three cadres, seven workers, one team leader and one deputy team leader. All the staff are subject to TQC education, and eight of them have passed the modern management examination organized by the Provincial Economic Commission.
