作者用恶性细胞短期培养法(1～2天),对60例恶性淋巴瘤(ML)患者进行核型分析。研究结果表明,60例ML中50例可见核型异常的细胞克隆,4例核型正常的肿瘤为低度ML,大多数非整倍体或假二倍体的克隆中也有核型正常的细胞。在12例ML中只发现异常的细胞。核型重排与恶性程度的关系:47%低度
The authors used a short-term culture of malignant cells (1-2 days) to analyze karyotypes in 60 patients with malignant lymphoma (ML). The results showed that in 60 cases of ML, 50 cases showed abnormal karyotype cell clones, 4 cases of normal karyotype of low ML, most of the aneuploidy or pseudo-diploid clones also karyotypic cells .
