我国现有国有企业、公司企业、私营企业等多种企业形态 ,国有企业作为国民经济的支柱 ,它的存在是必要和必需的。但国有企业由于立法和执法的原因 ,在生产经营时遇到许多问题 ,以致许多国有企业萎缩和消失。为改变这种状况 ,应尽快修改有关法律、法规 ,加强国有企业的监督机制 ,防止国有资产的流失。
Our existing state-owned enterprises, corporate enterprises, private enterprises and other forms of enterprises, state-owned enterprises as the backbone of the national economy, its existence is necessary and necessary.
