职业技术教育是直接服务于社会经济活动的教育。目前,社会经济对职业技术人才的需求总趋势呈多类型、多规格态势,并逐渐向生产一线倾斜。职业学校的班主任只有适应这种需求,强化服务意识,为培养适应能力较强的学生提供多种服务,才能适应新形势,帮助学生找到存在和发展的空间。为此,职校班主任应在以下几方面为学生提供周到的服务。
Vocational and technical education is an education that directly serves the socio-economic activities. At present, the general trend of demand for professional and technical personnel in the social economy is in various types, with many specifications and trends, and gradually sloping toward the production line. Vocational school teacher only to adapt to this demand, enhance service awareness, to develop adaptability of students with a variety of services, to adapt to the new situation and help students find space for existence and development. To this end, vocational school class teacher should be in the following areas to provide good service to students.
