伴随着社会主义精神文明建设步伐的推进,我国的文化艺术事业获得了空前的发展与进步,形形色色的艺术团体为国家培养出了众多优秀的艺术人才,为社会贡献了丰富的艺术文化。然而,艺术团体中青年的思想政治工作始终是一个重点也是难点,提高艺术团体中青年的道德水平与思想觉悟,塑造整个艺术团体良好的素质和形象,对于营造整个社会良好的文化氛围以及促进社会主义文化事业发展都具有深远的意义。本文针对艺术团体中的青年思想政治工作展开讨论,首先分析了艺术团体中青年的思想特征,然后探究了如何科学有效地做好艺术团体中的青年思想政治工作。
