为了确保库血质量,笔者对本院已存档的238名职业献血者作较全面的检查,结果报告如下。1 检测项目和方法 ①血常规包括红白细胞计数、血红蛋白测定和白细胞分类,MODE PC-604血球计数仪(日本)检测,显微镜分片;②肝功能包括麝香草酚浊度、总胆红素、直接胆红素、血清总蛋白和白蛋白、谷丙转氨酶,上海长征公司试剂,Corning 560全自动生化分析仪(美国)检测;③HBsAg:RPHA法,北京生物制品所试剂盒,批号9273,其灵敏度用卫生部临检中心临界值血清(40ng/ml)可以检出;④两对半:ELISA法,深圳华元公司试剂盒,批号930412、930423、930424、930501、930505,其中HBsAg灵敏度1ng/ml,抗HBs灵敏度3OmIU/ml;⑤抗HAV-IgM:ELISA法,
