高赖氨酸玉米又称高营养玉米,这是因为其籽粒蛋白质中,赖氨酸的含量为3.7%—4.5%,色氨酸的含量为0.8%—0.9%,都比普通玉米高。普通玉米籽粒蛋白质含量平均为10.4%,虽然在谷物中不算太低。但其蛋白质中含有人畜难以消化和吸收的醇溶谷蛋白占50—60%,为水稻的6—10倍。小麦的1.5—2倍,赖氨酸和色氨酸含量分别为0.2%和0.05%。 1.隔离种植 高赖氨酸玉米是隐性单基因控制,其生理生化作用仅在籽粒胚乳部分体现,只有在纯合状态时,才能表现高赖氨酸遗传效应。如果
