在经济全球化的大背景下,现代企业面临着更多的机遇和挑战。作为与企业命运息息相关的工会也面对着同样的状况。要在现代企业制度中保持旺盛的生机活力,发挥更大的优势作用,工会工作必须坚持与时俱进。也就是要不断开拓三方面的创新:理念创新、民主创新、建设创新。只有创新求真务实、不断与时俱进的工会工作才会更有优势的融入到企业文化建设中去,才能不断形成具有本企业特色的工会文化氛围。本文以下从两个方面来论述以企业文化为内涵的工会工作的开展。
In the background of economic globalization, modern enterprises are facing more opportunities and challenges. The same is true of unions closely linked to the fate of businesses. In order to maintain a vigorous vitality in the modern enterprise system and to play a greater predominant role, the work of trade unions must insist on keeping pace with the times. That is, we must constantly open up three areas of innovation: concept innovation, democratic innovation and building innovation. Only by pursuing innovation and seeking truth and being pragmatic can trade union work continuously keeping pace with the times become more integrated into the building of enterprise culture so as to continuously form the trade union culture atmosphere with its own characteristics. This article discusses the following two aspects to carry out the work of the trade union with the connotation of corporate culture.
