为了贯彻落实《中共中央国务院关于进一步加强和改进未成年人思想道德建设的若干意见》,改进和加强中小学德育工作,2005年4月15日至5月15日,河南省教育厅在全省范围内集中开展了一次中小学生思想道德状况网上调查。66310人次上网答卷,346.84万个有效数据,让我们特别关注社会变革中的中小学生和中小学德育。
