目的:建立痛风胶囊中延胡索乙素的含量测定方法。方法:采用Agilent C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(35:65)(用三乙胺调节pH=6.0),检测波长为280nm,流速:1.0mL/min。结果:延胡索乙素进样量在0.245～1.225μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回收率为100.1%,RSD为0.88%。结论:高效液相色谱法简便、可靠,可用于痛风胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Gout Capsule. Method: Agilent C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid aqueous solution (35:65) (pH=6.0 was adjusted with triethylamine). The detection wavelength was 280nm and the flow rate was 1.0mL/ml. Min. Results: The linear relationship between peak area and tetrahydropalmatine in the range of 0.245～1.225μg was good. The recovery rate was 100.1% and the RSD was 0.88%. Conclusion: HPLC is simple, reliable and can be used for the quality control of Gout Capsule.
